Seminar “German and Russian Neo-Kantianism”
Georgy Valentinovich Plekhanov in the last years of the nineteenth century accused the eighteenth-century philosopher Immanuel Kant of contradictions: on the one hand, Kant recognized that things-in-themselves objectively exist and their influence causes sensations, on the other hand, Kant called things-in-themselves inaccessible for the senses.
The competition for the establishment of laboratories (engineering centers) under the leadership of young scientists for the implementation of scientific projects
Detailed information about the competition can be found in the competition documentation and the Regulations on the RUDN Scientific Projects Grant System.
Seminar “German and Russian Neo-Kantianism”
Bakhtin's transition to the sphere of aesthetics arose from his philosophical desire to find the key to overcoming the split between the world of unity (life) and the world of unity (culture). In other words, Bakhtin approaches the field of aesthetics to solve his philosophical problem, therefore aesthetics for Bakhtin is one of the subjects within a more general and broader philosophical concept. But although Bakhtin wants to reconcile these two worlds, which oppose each other, and sees the possibility of this overcoming not in the realm of one world, but in their connection, he found the path to this overcoming precisely in the only place of a specific individual.
Competition for the performance of scientific teams under the leadership of leading scientists of R&D of natural and technical areas
The aim of the competition is to attracting leading world-class scientists with work experience in leading Russian and foreign universities and scientific organizations to conduct R&D on the basis of RUDN as leaders of scientific teams.
Competition for R&D by young scientists
Scientific research (project) should be aimed at solving specific problems within the framework of one of the directions defined in paragraph 20 of the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation (approved by Presidential Decree No. 642 of December 1, 2016 "О Стратегии научно-технологического развития Российской Федерации"), which will allow to obtain scientific and scientific-technical results and create technologies that are the basis for innovative development of the domestic market of products and services, Russia's sustainable position in the foreign market.

II International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists “For the Sustainable Development of Civilization: Cooperation, Science, Education, Technology (Africa's path to the 17 SDGs: an integrated approach)”
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the II International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "For the Sustainable Development of Civilization: Cooperation, Science, Education, Technology”. The regional focus of the conference in 2023 will be African countries.
Seminar “An overview of the 5G network ‘The security threat, vulnerabilities and an analysis of solutions”
The development of revolutionary wireless networks will ultimately result in the availability of high-speed, low-latency connection for all aspects in daily life. 5G will be providing ubiquitous broadband access, enhance user mobility, and enable ultra-reliable and cost-effective networking of a large number of devices (e.g., Internet of Things (IoT)). Cloud computing, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) are the primary technical enabling developing potential usage in 5G.
Conference “Language and cultures: prospects for development in the 21st century”
The international conference arranged for students and teachers of foreign languages will contribute to improving the quality of learning foreign languages and cultures in accordance with the new requirements for education in Social Sciences and Humanities. Globalization process brings about the necessity of changing methods of foreign languages teaching, rethinking global values, methodological basis and the results of linguistic education.
Urban Soils Symposium: Metabolism of cities
The Symposium will be aimed at solving problems in the field of urban soils and sustainable development of urban ecosystems. The Symposium will also be an information and educational platform that will create conditions for effective interaction and cooperation of participants and will contribute to the dissemination of the results of modern research on urban soils, improving technologies and techniques used in monitoring and evaluating urban ecosystems.

Seminar “Artificial Edge Computing Enabled Secure Offloading in 6TiSCH-Based IIoT Networks”
This report will present three layers namely 6TiSCH layer, Edge layer and Cloud layer. In Edge layer, effective offloading is done by using Soft Actor Critic (SAC) algorithm for reducing the energy consumption during offloading. Finally all the processed data are sent to the cloud layer for accessing. The proposed work is experimented using Cooja simulation tool with contiki 3 OS. The performance of the proposed work is compared to the existing works in terms of Latency (42ms-20.4ms) low, energy consumption (28.8J-12J) low in 6TiSCH layer, Latency (40ms-20.4ms) low, energy consumption (24.8J- 13.6J) low in Edge layer and overall comparison achieves throughput (508.8Kbps-322Kbps) high, packet delay ratio (8%-4.6%) high, end-to end delay (6s-9s) low and efficiency (14.6%-7.8%) high. The experimental results show that our proposed work performs well than existing works.
Seminar “Distributed Intelligent Traffic Control System in the Concept of Event-connected Automatic Models based on AI”
In this report an applied method for building distributed control systems for adaptive control of traffic flows under conditions of a dynamically changing traffic load is proposed, which analyzes the initial data and develops the necessary elements of a distributed control system and their characteristics, namely: the control system is built from a set of ready-made elements, the formation of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of which occurs depending on their location on the road network section.
Seminar “Speakers' perspectives on spelling changes in four post-Yugoslav countries (1991-2017): Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia”
Since the beginning of mass education, standard languages have been undergoing spelling reforms/changes that produce controversies to a lesser or greater extent. Attempts by governments or other authoritative bodies to change the official spelling rules often encounter resistance.
Seminar “Universal and relative in the conceptualization of experience: scheme “placement” (“inner /outer”)”
The epistemological concept of the scheme has a long philosophical history: we may discover its roots in Neoplatonism. The scheme is different from both the concept and the percept, but at the same time it can be represented as a specific procedure of the dynamic connection of both. In contemporary cognitive science, schematization is studied at the intersection of different disciplines, such as cognitive linguistics, developmental psychology, kinesics, neurophysiology. The complexity of its study lies not only in the need to work with huge variety of materials, but also in the need to combine various philosophical and methodological perspectives, as well as in the need to take into account materials from different languages and cultures (not only European).
Seminar “From environment observations to IT-products”
Ecological monitoring is a vital method to assess the condition, support and develop urban territories. Modern technologies, such as open-hardware and the «internet of things» are able to make data collection and processing more time- and resource-effective. Existing and perspective solutions for river flow digital-twins, green-roof monitoring and air quality assessment to be discussed during the seminar.
